I have chromed stock wheels. The inner bead where the tire meets the wheel is corroding, and this past winter, it got cold enough that the contraction of the wheel caused a bad seal and my tires were actually losing air. I keep my wheels pretty clean, at least where I can clean them, but there was nothing I could do about this. Just something to consider...
